Super Simple

Among the number of educational channels for kids on YouTube, this channel 'Super Simple Song' is at the forefront. This is my personal favorite channel because it teaches children a lot of things in a very beautiful way, song by song. This time when we got the opportunity to make a cake with this unique theme, we were very excited! As this theme is not very popular in our country, we first got into trouble with its cake topper. We couldn't find this topper anywhere.Also the birthday girl needs a topper with these characters! We made this cake topper using cardboard and paper! They liked the cake very much. At the end of the day, we are happy if the client is happy!

The cake was a surprise for their only nephew's first birthday from uncle and aunt from abroad. The client has carefully explained every detail to us, taken every update. Even though they were not in the country, they seemed to be with the process of making the cake! These small joys are what motivates us!

Chocolate and Vanilla cake with Chocodelight cream. Decorated with chocolate ganache, macaroons, dark chocolate, white chocolate shavings and sugar balls.

এই বিয়ের থিম ছিলো সবুজ রঙ।
সবুজ মানেই আমার কাছে অবারিত আকাশের নীচে ঘাসে মোড়ানো মাঠ আর মাঠের দূর কিনারায় অসংখ্য গাছ! এই কেকের বাটারক্রিমের সবুজ স্ট্রোকগুলো গাছের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করছে। গাছ যেখানে আছে ফুলতো সেখানে থাকবেই,তাই না?

চকলেট কেকের সাথে ছিলো চকোডিলাইট ক্রিম। কেকের বাইরের কোটিং বাটারক্রিমের।

প্রতিটি কেকের গল্প ভিন্ন থাকে।
এই কেকটি যেদিন তৈরী করছিলাম,সেদিন ঢাকায় ভয়াবহ লোডশেডিং। কেক কাভার করার সময় আল্লাহ আল্লাহ করছিলাম যাতে কেক সেট হয়। এটি একটা এক্সপেরিমেন্টাল কাজ ছিলো। হুইপড ক্রিমের কেকের কাভারিং ছিলো সুইসমেরাং বাটারক্রিমে। বাটারক্রিমের কেক খুব তাড়াতাড়ি সেট হয়ে যায়। হুইপডক্রিমের কেক সেট হতে সময় লাগে। এদিকে এসি বন্ধ, ফ্রীজের তাপমাত্রা এমন যে;কেক সেটও হচ্ছিলো না। তার উপর কেকে ছিলো স্টেনসিলের কাজ। এসব ক্ষেত্রে ফ্রোজেন কেকের উপর কাজ করতে হয়। এদিকে কেকতো সেটই হয়নি! আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করে মোটামুটি ফিনিশিং দেয়া হলো। ডেলিভারি কোম্পানী যখন আসলো তখন ডিপফ্রীজ থেকে কেক বের করে দেখি তখনো কেক নড়ছে। ফ্রীজিং ভ্যানে করে কেক ভেন্যুতে অক্ষত অবস্থায় পৌঁছে গিয়েছিলো। এই কেকের সাথে ১০কেজি ওজনের দুইটি শিটকেকও ছিলো। সুগার ফ্লাওয়ারগুলো ভেন্যুতে গিয়ে সেট করেছিলাম। এরকম বড় কেকগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিবারের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকে ভিন্ন।

চকলেট কেকের সাথে ছিলো চকোডিলাইট ক্রিম।
