বাংলা নতুন বছর ১৪৩৩-কে বরণ করে নিতে অনন্ত হেড অফিসে এক বর্ণিল বর্ষবরণ উৎসবের আয়োজন করা হয়। সকল সহকর্মীদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত অংশগ্রহণে পুরো অনুষ্ঠানটি প্রাণবন্ত ও উৎসবমুখর হয়ে ওঠে।

লাইভ মিউজিক, কুইজ, ফ্যাশন শো এবং নানান রকমের খাবার ও ফলমূলের সমাহারে এটি এক আনন্দঘন মিলনমেলায় পরিণত হয়।

এ ধরনের আয়োজন পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ককে আরও দৃঢ় করে এবং কর্মপরিবেশে ইতিবাচকতা বৃদ্ধি করে।

Happy Bengali New Year!

To welcome the Bengali New Year 1433, a vibrant Boishakhi celebration was arranged at the Ananta Head Office. With the enthusiastic participation of all colleagues, the entire event turned into a lively and festive gathering.

With live music, quizzes, a fashion show, and a variety of snacks and fruits, the celebration became a joyful get-together.

Such arrangement strengthen mutual relationships and foster a positive work environment.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, a special gathering was held at the Head Office of Ananta Companies, where our female employees came together to share their journeys, experiences, and perspectives.
The session created a meaningful space for open conversation, where participants spoke about their challenges, achievements, and the motivations that drive them forward in their professional lives.
The discussion was joined by Ms. Sharah Nafisa, Associate Director, HR and Mr. Badius Salam, Executive Director, who listened to the inspiring stories and encouraged continued growth, confidence, and leadership among women in the workplace.
At Ananta, we believe that empowering women strengthens not only our organization but the community around us. Today’s conversation was a reminder of the resilience, dedication, and talent that our women bring to the workplace every day.

আন্তর্জাতিক নারী দিবস ২০২৬ উপলক্ষে অনন্ত কোম্পানিজের হেড অফিসে এক বিশেষ আয়োজন অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই আয়োজনে আমাদের নারী সহকর্মীরা একত্রিত হয়ে নিজেদের পথচলা, অভিজ্ঞতা এবং গল্পগুলো শেয়ার করেন।
এই আড্ডামুখর আলোচনা বদলে যা একটি আন্তরিক পরিবেশে। এখানে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা তাদের সংগ্রাম, অর্জন এবং পেশাগত জীবনে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার পেছনের অনুপ্রেরণার গল্প তুলে ধরেন।
সারাহ নাফিসা, অ্যাসোসিয়েট ডিরেক্টর, এইচআর এবং বদিউস সালাম, এক্সিকিউটিভ ডিরেক্টর, এই আলোচনায় অংশ নেন। তারা উপস্থিত থেকে সহকর্মীদের অনুপ্রেরণামূলক গল্প মনোযোগ দিয়ে শোনেন এবং কর্মক্ষেত্রে নারীদের আত্মবিশ্বাস, বিকাশ ও নেতৃত্বের পথে এগিয়ে যেতে উৎসাহ দেন।
অনন্ততে আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন শুধু আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানকেই নয়, আমাদের সমাজকেও শক্তিশালী করে। আজকের এই আয়োজন মনে করিয়ে দিল যে, আমাদের নারী সহকর্মীরা প্রতিদিন তাদের দৃঢ়তা, নিষ্ঠা এবং মেধা দিয়ে কর্মক্ষেত্রকে সমৃদ্ধ করে চলেছেন।

The grand finale of the Ananta Badminton Championship 2026 lit up the Head Office of Ananta Companies with excitement, determination, and true sportsmanship.
With our top management team there to encourage the players, the evening became more than just a match — it became a celebration of unity and energy that defines Ananta Companies.
Trophies and medals were proudly presented to the winners and all participants, recognizing not only performance but also passion and teamwork.
At Ananta Companies, we believe a strong organization is built both inside and outside the workplace. Events like these strengthen collaboration, boost morale, and reinforce our vibrant culture.

অনন্ত কোম্পানিজের হেড অফিসে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো অনন্ত ব্যাডমিন্টন চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ ২০২৬-এর জমজমাট ফাইনাল ম্যাচ। উত্তেজনা, উদ্যম আর অসাধারণ স্পোর্টসম্যানশিপে মুখর ছিল পুরো আয়োজন।
