So, we have launched a project named “Icche Haat”. In the 90’s we used to sit in the yard to fire a stove and used to make puffed, puffed rice and so on. Usually, women husking pedals (dheki) to make paddy and powder from rice. The crushed rice or powdered rice were used in making various types of delicious things like “pitha”. The Nutrition level of these foods are higher than present machine p

rocessed foods. On the other hand ,the taste of these foods is better than processed foods.If we work on this project, thousands of people will be able to come over their poverty. Introduction: Spreads the traditional food in an environmentally friendly way keeping the nutritional value with the touch of modern technology and creates self-employment for marginalized people. Objectives of the project: Creating self-employment at the marginal level through modern technology. Produce nutritious food using renewable energy in an environmentally friendly way
