The prices displayed on the page are quoted in Bangladeshi Currency (BDT). In the case of pricing mismatch for system malfunction authority reserves the right to cancel an order anytime. Order will be placed only if the products are available on our page. Once an order is placed by the customer it will be confirmed within the next 24 hours. Laa Tahzan reserves the right to cancel the order based on product availability & in the case of advance payment customer will be refunded according to our refund policy. Once the order is confirmed by Laa Tahzan, the customer cannot cancel the order for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & paid orders. After getting the confirmation mail we will proceed with the order according to our shipping policy. SHIPPING POLICY:
We have home delivery service inside Dhaka City, customers may collect the product from the nearest courier hub. The maximum delivery time for inside Dhaka is 1 days (Delivery time may vary as per Govt. Policies, climate disaster, unwanted circumstances). As we are associated with the courier partners to deliver the product, so the delivery process is not completely in our control. If the product is damaged or lost for any reason, we will take appropriate steps considering the situation. CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY:
INSIDE DHAKA:
1.Customers have to check their ordered products (Name, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent after that no complain will be accepted.
2.If the products have to replacement/exchange then customer have to pay delivery charge for that accordingly.
3.If customer return the products after checking no return fee will be applicable.
4.Customer will get free home delivery for purchasing over 2000tk. For order valued less then 1000 taka 50tk delivery cost will be charged,
5.Return/Exchange will be followed by as per our replacements policy.
