Pipaillon s’est posé en 2014 au cœur de Bruxelles pour installer sa conserverie artisanale, avec une ambition follement rétro : utiliser le savoir-faire d’antan pour produire des conserves en bocal résolument modernes. Pipaillon est né d’une évidence: inspiré par les souvenirs d’enfance, Pipaillon restitue les parfums et les saveurs des confitures de saison. In 2014 Pipaillon landed in downtown Br

ussels to set up its artisan factory with a single goal: using old-fashioned savoir-faire to make decidedly contemporary preserves in glass jars. Pipaillon was born by evidence: inspired by childhood memories, Pipaillon restores the scents and flavours of seasonal crops. Pipaillon streek in 2014 neer in hartje Brussel en richtte een ambachtelijke conserverie op met een eenvoudige ambitie: de kennis van weleer gebruiken om bokalen te produceren, gevuld met conserven van vandaag.
