Many people are starting their summer🌻 travel season now. I love it when you let me know you're going on vacation. I feel like I'm a part of your lives 💚 Many of you have been with me since I opened the shop (almost 6 years now, wow!). Some of you have moved offices but still kindly said goodbye, how sweet! 🥰 And many who have moved still make time for lunch. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏 I do my job happily and serve you with friendship.

Every day, besides copying recipes from other restaurants 😂, I always think about what new menu items I can make for you all. Yesterday I came up with another idea. I'll make it for you on Monday 😋

🍍Someone once said that eating pineapple two days before a date makes it more interesting 🤭

Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits. I eat it 3-4 days a week, especially during the summer🌞

In Thailand, we have many varieties of pineapple. I grew up in Sriracha, Chonburi province, about 45 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport in the eastern part of the country. We have our own variety of pineapple here, called Sriracha Pineapple (named after the district where Sriracha chili sauce originated).

And of course, my favorite curry is pineapple curry with chicken. It tastes similar to the red curry I make for you all every day (and you all love it too 😋), but instead of bamboo shoots, I add pineapple. It adds a sweet and slightly sour flavor. Mmm, I ate two plates for dinner tonight 🤣 (And where's my date? 😆)

It's been raining all day today 😇
This week is a three-day long weekend. We'll see each other again on 💖Tuesday, and of course, we have new menu items to present. Many of you have been asking for fish, right? So, I'll be making some salmon dishes for you!
- Grilled salmon with soy sauce (for those who like a salty🧂taste)
- Teriyaki salmon (for those who prefer a slightly🍯sweet and salty flavor)
- Salmon with seafood sauce (for those who like it spicy🌶)
Served with jasmine rice, a fried🍳egg, and🥕various🥒vegetables🥦😋
(Actually, I just had salmon with seafood sauce for dinner a little while ago 😋)

Nam Prik (Chili Paste Sauce) is a traditional Thai dish. Most Thais can handle spicy food. When I was young (Still look young tho😜) I loved this dish so much, especially with omelets 🍳, boiled eggs 🥚, and various vegetables 🥒🥕🥦😋.

It's raining again today 😇

Thank you everyone for coming for lunch. Summer is almost here, so gentlemen, you need to focus on protein and carbohydrates, right? Our kitchen is always ready to serve you hot fragrant jasmine rice, protein-rich chicken breast, plus eggs🍳and vegetables🥦🥒

We always have new menu items every day, and of course, they sell out very quickly 😅
If possible, please come between 12:00-13:30. There will be a wider variety of menu items to choose from. After that, the options will be gone and we'll have to prepare new dishes.

But if anyone has time after 2 PM,
you are always welcome! It will be less crowded then, and we'll have more time to chat 😊

🌧Weather affects mood and feelings. Nicholas Guéguen, a French psychologist who researched how weather affects human emotions in 2017, explained that sunlight during winter or the rainy season reduces the production of serotonin, a hormone linked to sun exposure. Since serotonin's function is to regulate mood, its absence affects our inner feelings, leading to what's called "Seasonal Affective Depression (SAD).

🌜 But that's never going to happen to me, because I love the rainy season 🤭 After work, I exercise while listening to the rain and the birds chirping... probably discussing what to eat for dinner tonight... but the Thai food at Bangkok Street Food is all sold out 😂

The Paradise Mall area has quite a few offices and residential buildings under construction. It'll probably get quite crowded soon.
Many friends have moved their offices to the city, and new friends have moved in to replace them. Thank you for spreading the word about Thai food at Bangkok Street Food! I love you all 🤭 (But some people are saying, "It's up to everyone else to move, but you, Sara, shouldn't move anywhere!" 😅) Yes Boss😇

Next week, we'll have some new menu items. For those who like easy-to-eat, non-spicy food, we'll have more options for you.

Ohh, I should mention that I cook and serve all the dishes myself. Thank you so much for your patience.
