Месото за скарата е само от български животни: телета, малачетата, биволи, прасета, агнета. Те се отглеждат на свободна паша в Балкана. От там

са събрани и дивите подправки, с които мариноваме и целите и млените меса.
Хлябът, коѝто Ви предлагаме е ръчно месен, пече се на дърва и се приготвя за деня в собствена фурна, по традиционна българска рецепта. ...........................................................................

Here you will find natural,healthy,traditional and ecologically pure food for every taste! The meat,milk,eggs,dairy products,honey and seasonal vegetables that we use are produced in own farms and private holdings in an environment ally friendly way. The meat for the grill is only from Bulgarian animals: calves,buffalo calves ,buffaloes,pigs,lambs.They are raised at free grazing in the Balkan Mountains. The bread that we offer you is hand kneaded,wood-fired baked and made for the day in our own bakery,from a traditional Bulgarian recipe.
