A seasonal experience - that's what it feels like when slicing into a WATERMELON. While it's not quite summer, the sun is out so why not now. Watermelon has a way of making ordinary moments feel like summer. 🍋✨ Lemon Respect! ✨🍋

There’s something pretty amazing about lemons! Their perfect balance of sour and refreshing that adds a spark to almost any dish. One squeeze will wake up the flavours, including your taste buds.

💛 Super Simple Lemon Sauce for Pasta:
What you'll need:
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Grated Parmesan cheese

What you'll need to do:
1. Melt butter with olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and cook for ~1 minute (don’t brown it).
3. Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. Toss with cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water.
5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
