Hello, Prim Rise.
I don't know who you are, but I'm sorry for the unpleasant situation.
But I have never had my employees treat what you said below.
Moreover, I am even more careful to treat my employees in the till and in front of customers.
I think it's wrong to hide behind anonymity like now and tell people about things I didn't do and give them wrong information.
What's unfortunate is that if you had witnessed such a situation, why didn't you tell me directly at that time?
I always listen to what my employees and customers say and try to change anything. If you saw something like that and it bothered you, I wish you would have told me right away.
If an employee made a mistake in front of till and had to correct it, I would have had to educate the employee in front of till as well.
You may have misunderstood when you saw that situation, but still I have never treated my employees before.
It was such a strange post, so I asked all the employees if they were treated like what you wrote before, but I have never heard anything from my clerks as shown below.

Next time if you watch the unpleasant situation in my store again, please use real name to upload review on google maps or provide accurate and clear information and tell me directly.
I wish you had uploaded truth. Then I will understand and listen to what you say.
