This weekend, I will have one of my favourite cucumber starter plants available: muncher cucumbers. They are $3 each. If the soil is warm, they can be planted now, but they will need a plant cloche to keep them warm at night. Cucumbers like overnight temperatures of 10 and above.

I'm back Lol. With this wacky weather, I've just started digging up perennials. I'll have raspberry pots available - the good stuff, raspberry canes, not those pesky suckers - and some gorgeous ruby red rhubarb, also bare-root strawberry plants. Hopefully, I can get a list ready shortly after my ridiculously busy weekend of dividing 🌱🌱

Well, I guess I posted too much??? I'm very busy, and this is all I need right now! My personal account and homebody bees are restricted until July😞 This week I'm finishing off seeding - cucumbers, squash, and a few other things. This weekend I'm digging up perennials for the stand. My plan is to open on May 23 🤞🏻. In the meantime, if anyone needs eggs, send me a message;)

Just finished a small batch of fire honey 🔥🍯 it’s so delicious on a spoon!
Here are some benefits for fire honey!

-Immune System Support: Raw honey acts as a natural, anti-bacterial base, while spices like turmeric and ginger provide rich antioxidants to strengthen immunity.
-Respiratory Relief: The combination of cayenne and black pepper acts as a decongestant, breaking down mucus and soothing coughs.
-Sore Throat Remedy: It works instantly to coat and soothe a sore throat.
-Digestive Aid: Ingredients like ginger and black pepper help stimulate digestion and reduce bloating.
-Anti-inflammatory & Pain Relief: It can help reduce pain and inflammation, often used for inflammatory support.
-Metabolism & Circulation Boost: The "fire" ingredients improve circulation and provide a metabolism boost.
Instant Use: Unlike fire cider, which requires weeks of fermentation, fire honey is ready to be used immediately.
It’s delicious!

Red veined sorrel is so vibrant🌱

Perennial sorrel is a highly nutritious, hardy, and easy-to-grow leafy green (similar to spinach) that offers a tart, lemony flavor. It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber, and provides significant health benefits, including boosting immunity, supporting heart health, reducing inflammation, and aiding in digestion. Its deep, established roots allow it to grow for years, providing a consistent, sustainable harvest.

We’re having a blizzard outside today 🥶 it definitely feels like spring inside 🌱I’m finally getting caught up on planting! All tomatoes are transplanted and everything is looking amazing and now it’s time for the plants to have hair cuts Lol
Everything that gets trimmed is going to my worm farm 🪱🪱
