Update on chickens

Many of you have been asking about getting chickens. The colony we were relying on didn’t have any available now in the fall. We’re hoping they’ll be able to supply some later this year.
There are very few colonies that have an inspected facility for processing though. We will keep looking and will definitely update as soon as we have more information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding

We are so excited to offer Callebaut and Foley chocolate products along with the southern Alberta creamed, raw honey.

If you look back to last year, you’ll be happy to see that these prices are the same as last year and even cheaper on some items! (Not everything is always just more expensive all the time😀.)

Those of you that aren’t familiar with the chocolate don’t know the treat that is Callebaut. We are very happy to offer the Callebaut again. However, the Foley is also an option for those of you who are happy with it and its lower price point. None of the products use palm oils. You get quality chocolate at bulk prices either way!

And since I know I’ll get asked, CALLETS are formulated for melting.

Orders close September 12th at 8pm
Delivery is scheduled for the last half of October sometime

🍫 WHY BUY A CASE? LET’S COMPARE PRICES! 🍫

Here’s a quick comparison of price per pound at Costco vs. buying a full case from me:

Chocolate Chips
• My case price: $6.00/lb
• Costco Chipits: $6.62/lb
• Costco Kirkland: $6.82/lb

Cocoa Powder
• My Callebaut case price: $12.00/lb
• Costco Rodelle: $12.98/lb

So when you buy a full case, the chocolate chips I sell are cheaper than both Chipits and Kirkland at Costco, and the Callebaut cocoa is also cheaper than Rodelle at Costco.

Why not buy a case and split it with a sister, friend, or neighbour? You get better-quality chocolate and cocoa, for less than what you’re already paying at Costco!

If you received a new customer discount this year and didn’t share who referred you, now’s the time!
Your kind friend also gets $5 off their next order but I can’t give it to them without knowing who they are😀
