Come Join us Next Saturday for a BBQ to help Hart Hub Brampton. 10a-2pm July 11 A HART Hub (Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment Hub) is a community-based healthcare model funded by the Ontario government. It provides integrated, low-barrier services for marginalized individuals experiencing complex challenges with substance use, mental health, and unstable housing.

Comprehensive Care: Co-located services include primary medical care, mental health counseling, addictions treatment, peer support, and crisis management.
