MISSION...To continuously surprise and excite you with new cheese so that we become your first choice for artisanal cheese in Brant County.

FOUNDED...In the spring of 2010 by Nadine Evans (kudos to Brian Wittaveen (Strodes) for giving me my first deli fridge! Making my dream a reality!)

LOCATED....The newly renovated Wincey Mills in the heart of Paris, Ontario listed at one of the prettiest towns in Ontario! With second location at The Brantford Farmers Market we are enthusiastically serving up the finest cheese in Brant County!
