Welcome to the brand new page for Horizon M Farms! Martin and Maria Boettcher farm in Huron County, Ontario, raising Beef and Milking Goats (in partnership with Martin's Brother and Sister-in-law) and growing vegetables and field crops. Martin also sells and consults for McLellan Industries Premix Sales and Service. Martin and Maria are promoters of nuitrition, health, fairness, ecological agriculture and society and equality.

A quarter is around 140 hanging lbs.
All cuts available.

We need to have an answer until next Tuesday. Otherwise the next butcher date is mid March.
