Maybe I should have named my business Knead Bread?

70lbs of dough turned into loaves, sourdough, focaccia and cinnamon buns in the last 14 hours- and I even managed 5 hours of sleep!

It’s been an exciting couple of days!

Big Betty is an absolute Godsend. As a 20 quart spiral mixer she’ll be able to mix about 16 loaves of bread at a time- more than double what I can do now.

Annnd the welding shop up the road finally has the time to get my frame finished up- it might really start to look like something by the end of the week!

Anyone I know going to Calgary sometime soon? This would sure save my hands!
