Izabela is the Co-Founder & CEO of Blue Water Performance Ltd., , an award-winning business and transformational coach, bestselling co-author, speaker, podcast host, and creator of She Soars™ Collective, a growing global community empowering women to build businesses and lives they truly love.
With over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy and entrepreneurship, Izabela helps entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders amplify their visibility, strengthen their personal brand, grow their confidence, and step into their fullest potential with authenticity and purpose.
She is also the host of The Mindful Entrepreneur Talks podcast and a monthly contributor for Burlington Today, where she shares insights on leadership, mindset, business growth, and self-leadership.
