Our garlic scallions should be ready for harvest starting next week! For those of you not familiar with scallions, they are similar to a green onion but with a nice garlic flavour. They are delicious on baked/roasted potatoes, in stir fries or any recipes calling for garlic! We will dig them fresh as needed and should be available for about a month.
