We have a new line of picked items from Torshi. Carrots, Beets, Mixed Vegetables, and Red Cabbage.

Also we have a lot. I mean a lot of pork fat right now - available for you to make into lard, soaps, or whatever you wish. (If you can’t find any let us know there is lots in the freezer in the meat shop)

📣 Exciting News from Tatalrose Corner Store & Custom Meats! 🥩

After spending a lot of time as the butcher myself, I’m happy to announce that I am officially stepping away from being the butcher!

Even better, we’ve been able to hire locally. Please join me in welcoming Harold Hostetter as our new butcher!

Harold will be taking over the day-to-day meat cutting and butchering, allowing me to focus more of my time on running and growing the other areas of the business.

Supporting and employing people from our own community is important to us, and I’m very pleased to have Harold joining the Tatalrose team.

I’m definitely not going anywhere — you’ll still see me around the store (probably more than ever 😂), just hopefully a little less often with a knife in my hand!
