Hello Eat For Lifers! 🌸 It’s Marsha here! 🤓🤪
Today is a very special Tuesday. Coincidentally, May 12th marks my 41st year since arriving in Canada in 1985! 🇨🇦 To celebrate this milestone and Celiac Awareness Month, I wanted to share a little sneak peek of what I’ve been working so hard on.
I am deep in the process of creating our magazine, and while I’m still putting on the final touches, I couldn't resist showcasing this page from the Nourish Me Gluten-Free Wellness —a division of Eat For Life by Marsha Inc. 📖✨
As a Celiac myself, this project is so personal. I want to share my story—from the days of eating ice (a symptom of the severe anemia I faced) to finding true healing. This magazine is my commitment to showing that Food is Nourishment.
This featured page highlights Strawberries, Asparagus, and Pumpkin Seeds. 🍓🌱 I love this combination! It is incredibly high in magnesium, potassium, zinc, and iron—essential nutrients for anyone managing Celiac disease or looking to boost their mineral levels.
