No night market would be complete without a tarot deck, and that's why we've invited 333 The Spiritual to join us next Friday, June 12th at The Barn After Dark!

Intuitive tarot and oracle reader, as well as a medium, 333 The Spiritual's Brandy enjoys connecting people with their spiritual guides and ancestors and helping to look at life questions using the cards as guidance. She also loves to create and will be bringing a select collection of her suncatchers and beaded bookmarks with her too!

The Barn After Dark Vendor Spotlight | Rocklight Studios

The glow of a flame is mesmerizing and can change the whole mood of your space with the strike of a match. Bringing their unique candles and oil lamps to the Barn After Dark next Friday, June 12th, please welcome Rocklight Studios!

Rocklight Studios began with a simple observation: modern homes are full of light, but very little of it feels calming. We rarely experience the kind of light humans lived beside for thousands of years — warm, living flame. The kind that signals to the mind that it is safe to slow down.

Rocklight Studios was created to bring that light back.

Rocklight Studios is a husband-and-wife team from Canmore who design and handcraft candles and oil lamps as a form of natural home lighting — not just décor, and not only fragrance, but atmosphere. Every piece they make is intended to change how a room feels the moment it is lit.

Speaking of atmosphere, come "Sip & Shop" at the Shawnessy Barn! We're ready for an amazing evening of local, curated artisans, crafters, creators, and makers, along with live music, food trucks, and drink service hosted by the Shawnessy CA. It doesn't get any better than that!

The Barn After Dark Vendor Spotlight | Rikki N.

We love when we can bring some nature into our lives, and that's why we're excited to welcome this first-time vendor to The Barn After Dark on Friday, June 12th! Help us say hello to Rikki Neukom Photography!

Rikki Neukom is an Okotoks-based nature photographer capturing the beauty of local birds and landscapes. Inspired by time spent on nearby trails as well as the Canadian Rockies and West Coast, She creates fine art photography that celebrate simple, meaningful moments in nature. Her work offers both locals and visitors a unique, heartfelt piece of this region to take home.

Come join us for our first night market of 2026 at the Shawnessy Barn, and experience a fully curated line-up of local artisans, crafters, creators and makers. Get ready to "Sip & Shop" too, because we've got food trucks, and drink service operated by the Shawnessy CA as well. Top it off with some fantastic live music while you're there! Make an evening of it against the backdrop of beautiful Shawnessy Park. We're there from 5 - 9:30PM.

Don't let this rain fool you! The summer heat is on its way, bringing all the summer fun with it! Created by Josie Grace has ALL the fabulous crochet-wear ready to go!

Josie Grace a Content Creator who also happens to crochet! She creates handmade, wearable works of art in a variety of colours, sizes and styles. She also has tutorials up on her YouTube and shares her adventures and reviews on both Instagram and YouTube.

The Barn After Dark Entertainment Spotlight | Earl Morgan Band

We've always thought our night markets are a great party, but June 12th is going to be out of this world! We are STOKED to be welcoming the Earl Morgan Band to The Barn After Dark!

Since 2016, Earl Morgan have been the soundtrack to many unforgettable nights around western Canada. An acoustic duo consisting of Colton Earl Palaschak and Tyler Morgan Gates, their repertoire consists of songs from artists ranging from Tragically Hip, Tom Petty, Blue Rodeo, Steve Earle, Ba*****ed Ladies, and Bruce Springsteen. Come out for a night of harmonies, acoustic guitars, mandolins, and harmonicas!

You won't want to miss this amazing evening of local, curated vendors, live music, food trucks, and drink service at the Shawnessy Barn from 5:00 - 9:30PM. Come "Sip & Shop" and spend a great night against the backdrop of beautiful Shawnessy Park!

Swan Production House is a collection of one-of-a-kind handbags and accessories, lovingly made from new, vintage, and repurposed materials. Each piece is a little work of art - practical, playful, and full of story!

The Barn After Dark Vendor Spotlight | Burnt and Bloomed

We're kicking off the June Night Market profiles with a brand-new vendor!

We are always on the lookout for a new hat that we can show off at the Calgary Stampede, or any other time of year! That's why we're so excited to introduce Burnt and Bloomed to The Barn After Dark on June 12th!

Burnt and Bloomed started about a year ago, with a love of art and creating hats for personal enjoyment and to wear to music events and summer events. Friends and others who saw them couldn't resist asking for their own! The joy of creating customs for others to cherish was formed, and from there Burnt and Bloomed took root! All their hats are hand designed and hand burned, with an effort to locally source items for the hat bands as much as possible! As a bonus, the hats are adjustable to accommodate head sizes of multiple people.

Come "Sip & Shop" with us on Friday, June 12th at the historic Shawnessy Barn from 5:00 to 9:30PM, and experience a night market like no other! Two floors of local vendors, live music, food trucks, and drink service hosted by the Shawnessy Community Association.

Admission is free. Come spend a fantastic evening supporting local!
