My grandmother came from a long line of meat specialists in Poland๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ, and my grandfather, of the same family trade but from Slovakia๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฐ. Together, we refined our family traditions of using high quality ingredients and working with local farmers, which is what we do to this day.
