Our Roasted Tomato Basil Soup has quietly become one of those Empire staples people come back for again and again. It’s rich, creamy, garlicky, packed with roasted tomato and basil, and exactly what you want when Calgary starts remembering it’s a cold-weather city.
Made from scratch with chicken stock, cream, garlic, shallots and basil. Just a really, really good bowl of tomato soup.
Pair it with a sandwich. Grab some for home. Eat it straight out of the container standing at your kitchen counter. We’re not here to judge.
