* We avoid preservatives, additives, or substitutes.
* Our bestseller, the sourdough bread, contains only organic flour, water, a nearly 15-year-old starter, and grey salt. What sets this bread apart from others is its exceptional health benefits. Thanks to a 3-day cold fermentation process, much of the gluten is neutralized. This reduces the glycemic index, making the bread better for blood sugar levels and digestion.
* On daily basis we make fresh sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, as well as pizza, housemade soups and stews, primarily crafted from organic ingredients.

Farm Tour — a delicious lunch + a meet & greet at Galimax HQ with Alberta producers including Man’s Eggs, Vital Greens Farm and Leffers Brothers Organics, followed by a tour of the potato fields at Busy Bea’s Market Garden.
