As some of you know, my mom Benita (aka “Bee”) has been growing chilis for years — it’s kind of in our familys hungarian DNA! 🐝❤️ To honor her love (and honestly my obsession) for all things spicy, I’m SO excited to share the first small-batch chili oil infusion from The Spicy Spoon:

A rich, fragrant blend of cinnamon, shallots, garlic, star anise & Bee’s homegrown chilis — the exact combo my mama introduced me to, and that kicked off this whole love affair.
✨ Made fresh in small batches, so yes — it lives in your fridge! But trust me: scoop some out to come to room temp, and you’ll end up drizzling it over everything: eggs, rice bowls, cottage cheese, pizza, noodles, roasted veggies… the addiction is REAL.
✨ P.S. Even though we’re called The Spicy Spoon (and yes, there will be plenty of heat 🌶)… I’ve got you covered: I’ll be introducing medium, mild, and even very low heat options soon! So everyone can get hooked — no matter your spice tolerance. ❤️🥄
