🌷The first weekend of June is finally here! If your out for a drive be sure to stop into Empire for some snacks!
Along with our fresh curd, we have Kawartha Dairy ice cream, meat sticks, crackers, many other snack ideas and of course cheese! 🧀

Fresh curd days for the weekend:
Friday we will have Colour, Roasted Garlic, and Cajun 🌶
Saturday we will have White, Garlic 🧄 , Dill 🥒 , Roasted Garlic, and Cajun 🌶
We do not make Sunday or Monday
Tuesday we will have Colour, White and Roasted Garlic

📣Have you ever tried our Extra Mild Cheese?!! 🧀
This wonderful, light and fresh flavoured cheddar cheese has hardly had time to form into a block before we are opening it and packaging it as Extra Mild.
Pour yourself a glass of bubbly 🥂 and try this (almost curd like) cheddar! We think you will love it as much as we do!

📢Our Extra Mild only comes in colour. Reminder our colour used is a natural plant-based, colorant called Annatto, derived from the seeds of the achiote tree (Bixa orellana).

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful local businesses who have helped sell our cookbooks and support our Agricultural Society. We especially want to recognize Empire Cheese who have sold over 100 copies, thank you for your incredible support!

If you still need to pick one up for yourself or a friend, a limited number of cookbooks are also available at Robin's Nest Farm Market in Warkworth and Wine Barrell II or Empire Cheese in Campbellford.
