Okay, actually, I had a bunch of jobs… but we won’t go there. 😂

The boss made a mistake. 🙋‍♀️ I cooked these weisswurst in hot water a little too hot and split the casings. 🤦‍♀️ Am I in a little too much hot water now? Yep.

We have locally raised, grass-finished beef that is hormone-free and antibiotic-free — and we’ve got two animals available for ordering.

🥩 967 lb animal
🥩 940 lb animal- 1/2 available. 1/2 sold.

$7.65/lb includes cut and brown wrap (slaughter and inspection fee applies)

Available by side, quarter, or whole animal.

We’ve got a new line of Woolly Rhino Smoked Pepper in the shop, you need to try this.

Woolly Rhino is a family-owned Alberta company out of Thorsby, and they actually cold-smoke their peppercorns with different hardwoods to give them that deep, smoky flavour. 🇨🇦

And you can TASTE the smoke. 👏

It’s not just pepper with a hint of smoke—it brings a whole new layer of flavour to your steak or cooking! . 🥩🔥

Smoke + pepper + a great cut of Alberta beef = game over.
