Did you make it to the KCRA Rodeo on CR last weekend (Aug 18-19)? It was a hot one! Lots of iced coffees, over 100 giant cinnamon buns, and pies of every variety…yes, even peach.

It was great to see new and returning customers, but the numbers were certainly down this year.

The rumours are true. Nickel Family Farm has participated in our last rodeo event. Sometimes you don’t know you’re done, until you’re done.

A heartfelt thank you to all our rodeo fans that let us know they look forward to seeing us each year. You will be missed :)

Our booth was a success for the KCRA Rodeo this weekend! We sold out our first day, and had 6 giant cinnamon buns and 3 full pies left on Sunday.
We were happy to see some new customers and delighted to see our long time customers in this circuit.
