WE MAY HAVE BEEN DOWN—BUT WE WERE NEVER OUT.

Last year, Noble Chef lost its kitchen.

For a small business built from the ground up, it was a devastating setback, but it was never going to be the end of our story.

Rejection is only redirection.

To us, Indigenous resilience means continuing forward when the path changes beneath our feet. It means adapting, rebuilding and refusing to give up on the vision placed in our hearts.

Building Noble Chef and Pretzel, Pint & Pickle from the ground up has not been for the faint of heart. There have been sacrifices, setbacks and more long days than we can count, but through it all, our community continued to believe in us.

This time, we are moving forward with a more methodical and strategic approach focusing on expanding Noble Chef’s retail products, offering select Indigenous private catering experiences and building a strong, supportive team culture across both of our businesses.

We will also continue strengthening the relationships we share with our partners, suppliers and community, while maintaining the exceptional service Pretzel, Pint & Pickle has become known for.

To everyone who waited patiently, purchased our products, shared our story, offered encouragement or simply asked when Noble Chef would return: thank you. Your patience and support have meant more to our family than words can express.

Noble Chef may have lost its kitchen, but we never lost our passion, our purpose or our determination.

We are still here. We are rebuilding with intention. And our next chapter is only beginning.

From our family to yours—thank you for standing with us. 🧡
