Digging For Dinner❤️ Our favourite activity at PEI🐚
How would you cook the clams? What about Clams Miso Soup and Cooking Sake Steamed Clams🤤🤤
Directions:
⭕️ Clean (very important)
Clean The Clams❗️Open it, clean it both inside and outside! Remove the unwanted parts! Put at the fridge for later use such as miso soup, steam, stir fry or spaghetti🌟
⭕️ Time
No more than 5min for Bar Clams otherwise will be too hard like rubber!
⭕️ Steam
Mix 3 tsp cooking sake, 3 tsp mirin, 1 tsp shoyu (optional)! Heat the pan, layer the clams to the pan, pour in the sake sauce, sprinkle little bit ginger on top, cover the lid, medium fire cook for 5 min! Very fresh and juicy!
⭕️Miso Soup
Cook the dashi broth with bonito flakes, add 2Tbsp Miso Paste, when water boil add clams cook for 4 mins, then add soft tofu cook for 1 min. Switch off the fire and sprinkle green onion! Yumi!
