Burrata: A fresh mozzarella cheese ball, filled with shredded mozzarella and fresh cream. Perfect to take you spring salad to the next level, or to give a pasta dish the ultimate creamy finish.

Stracciatella: Creamy filling of Burrata, made of cream and mozzarella shreds. Best enjoyed on its own a cherry to top off your next charcuterie board.

Mozzarella: An easy-go-to meal! Nothing more iconic than a caprese salad: sliced beefsteak tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, seasoned with your best extra virgin olive oil and a few basil leaves.

Ricottina: An easy, small size for quick, indulgent lunch. Spread it on your next toast, with a drizzle of local honey. Perfect for your next pasta filling. A perfect comfort food: spinach and ricotta filled cannelloni, finished with a touch of tomato sauce.

Stracchino: Tangy, creamy Italian spreadable. Takes its name from “Stracco” (tried in Italian) because it used to be made with milk weary cows returning from pastures later in the season. Best uses: Spread on toasted bread, or melt on focaccia.
