Fresh flavoured cream cheese arrives today!

Every Wednesday, Country Taste Kitchen and Bakery sends us fresh flavoured cream cheese, and sometimes a flavour comes along that inspires the perfect lunch or snack.

The Lemon Dill Cream Cheese pictured here was one of those flavours. Paired with fresh VK Greenhouses cucumbers and Cheesy Pleasy Bread, it made for a simple lunch that was way too good not to share.

The flavours change from week to week, so you’ll have to stop in and see what arrived today!

And a reminder for the Cheesy Pleasy fans, it now arrives on Wednesdays, around 12:30 PM.

🚧 Traffic Alert for Exhibition Drive Visitors 🚧

Construction has officially started on Exhibition Drive, which means there are some temporary changes to how customers, delivery drivers, and trucks access the area.

At the moment:
• The entrance from Riverside Drive to Exhibition Drive is closed.
• The entrance to Agro Co-op from Exhibition Drive is also closed.
• All Agro Co-op traffic will now be entering and exiting via Riverside Drive — the same entrance used by Riverview Market and KJL Select Meats.

As you can imagine, that’s a lot of vehicles moving through one small section of road. We kindly ask everyone to slow down, stay alert, and use extra caution when entering or leaving the area.

Unfortunately, Agro has also had to put their parking lot paving project on hold until the road work is completed.

We’re currently being told these traffic changes could remain in place for at least 1–2 weeks. From June 8 through approximately June 20, please allow yourself a little extra time and drive carefully.

🍄 Local Mushroom Drop! 🍄

Every time a delivery arrives from 2B Green Farm, we find ourselves stopping to admire the mushrooms before we even put them on the shelf. They’re almost too beautiful to be real!

Grown right in Summerside, 2B Green Farm produces some of the finest gourmet mushrooms you’ll find anywhere, and we’re lucky to have them available year-round.

We hear these questions every week, so we’ve put together an updated bakery schedule to help you plan your visits!

With some new bakery team members joining us, the timing of a few products has shifted a little. As always, bakery life can be unpredictable—vacations, sick days, new products, and sometimes a stubborn batch of sourdough can all affect the schedule. 😉
