I am still thinking about this pulled pork poutine from the weekend🤤🍟🧀

Crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, delicious gravy and that tender, savoury pulled pork piled right on top. It was poutine perfection! 🙌

If you enjoyed one this weekend, you already know. If you didn’t, well, we might have just made you hungry. 😉😂

What is this creation you might ask?

It’s the French Onion Poutine and it’s heavenly.

Question: How would you describe it? Straight from the creator…

The gravy is homemade French onion gravy giving you that onion soup taste but it’s not just a regular poutine. We add some shredded cheese on top of it all and broil it to perfection in the oven then topped with crispy onions 🧅

We had one on the weekend and give it a 12/10. It’s that good.

Today is all about taking a little break, soaking up the last bit of summer, and enjoying some well-deserved time with family and friends. ❤️

We’re CLOSED today so our team can enjoy the holiday too! We’ll be back to serving up all your cheesy favourites tomorrow at our cheese store.
