Summer is here, let’s all play our part in the community

We're heading into one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year, with many family friendly community events just around the corner. Over the next few weeks, we'll be welcoming THOUSANDS of visitors to our community!
As we prepare to showcase everything that makes Chemainus special, we're asking residents, business owners, and property owners to help us put our best foot forward this summer.💪
Take a few extra minutes to spruce up storefronts, tidy gardens and yards, refresh signage, pick up litter, and add a little extra curb appeal wherever you can. Every effort - big or small - helps create a welcoming and vibrant community for visitors and residents alike.

Our municipal crews work hard year-round to keep Chemainus beautiful, but they can't be everywhere at once. Our community spirit is something we take great pride in. Please help your neighbor, do your part, and lets work together as a team!
