A heartfelt update from our farm ❤️

After many years of packing boxes and sending our farm products to homes across British Columbia, we have made the difficult decision to close our Online Store on August 31, 2026.

Rising operating and shipping costs have made it no longer sustainable for us to continue. This was not an easy decision. Every order you placed supported our local, five-generation farm, and it has meant so much to our family and our team.

If you would like to place one final order, please keep these dates in mind:

📦 Outside Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: Order by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24

🚚 Within Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: Order by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25

📅 Our final delivery date will be Monday, August 31

You may redeem your reward points on a final order before your cutoff. If you have unused points after the Online Store closes, we will email you a one-time $10 Farm Store e-coupon—the equivalent redemption value of 1,000 points—on September 5. The e-coupon will be valid through December 31, 2026.

While our Online Store is closing, our Farm Store will remain open. We hope to continue welcoming you here at the farm.

As shipping costs continue to rise, we’ve had to make a difficult but necessary adjustment to our free shipping thresholds to ensure we can keep delivering reliably across BC.

Effective April 15:

📦 Zone 2 (Squamish, Vancouver Island, Thompson Okanagan, Prince George)
Free shipping on orders $220+

📦 Zone 3 (Sunshine Coast & Northern BC)
Free shipping on orders $275+

✅ No change for Zone 1 (Greater Vancouver & Lower Mainland) — still $150+

We know changes like this aren’t ideal, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Our commitment remains the same: bringing you the highest quality poultry, delivered with care.
