We take the milk from our mixed herd of Holstein and Brown Swiss cows and use a traditional method to produce an excellent gouda style cheese. We also process goat gouda using milk from a local goat herd. Our selection includes mild, medium and aged plain as well as flavours such as cracked black pepper, onion, onion & garlic, cumin, fenugreek, stinging nettle, chilli pepper, Italian and Greek spi
ced. Tzatziki, Garlic, Caraway, Mustard, Stinging Nettle, Smoked Gouda, Forest blend (wild mushrooms and spring onions) and Truffle. In our goat Gouda selection, we have plain mild, medium and aged as well as goat fenugreek, goat black pepper and smoked goat Gouda
We have a delicious Emmental, water Buffalo Mozzarella and goat Feta
We also have delicious yogurt, regular and Greek and Cheese curds
All our cheese is made on site, cows milk products are made from our own milk; and we bring in the goat milk and water Buffalo milk from local farms. We use no chemicals, colours or preservatives in our cheeses or other products made on site. (Yogurt, curds)
Our smoked cheeses are smoked in a smoker using cold, natural wood smoke; not injected with liquid smoke. Our cheeses are aged on pine boards. Come visit our unique little store on the farm and enjoy old fashioned hospitality.
