Dear valuable customers, it was my pleasure to offer a different taste in Cochrane for the last two years. Unfortunately for Cochrane, we decided to relocate the cheese store where the demand is a little bit better. I understand that we will hurt some of you but I worked hard over 50-60hrs a week with no salary, the new carbon taxes impacted our shipping costs very bad and the sales drastically went down. Therefore it was a sage decision to continue the business in a bigger area, where we can avoid shipping fees surcharges for remote location and where the demand is bigger. We have decided to redevelop the cheese store with new products like fresh subs and European products but there is no demand for that in town! We will be closing Cochrane by March 1st and reopening mid 2025 in the Simcoe Region. It is with a broken heart that we are going to leave Cochrane. 😢

Also, if you want to stock some of our cheeses prior we close, feel free to visit us as almost all cheeses can be frozen 6-9 months without loosing taste… If you have questions, come and see me.
