What exactly is Cheese Club? 🧀
It’s part tasting, part learning, and a whole lot of cheesy fun.
Every month, we gather around the table to explore a new theme through a curated selection of cheeses and pairings. We taste, talk, and learn a little about what’s on the plate — where it comes from, how it’s made, why it tastes the way it does — most importantly, we enjoy it together.
In August, we’re celebrating Summer’s Bounty. 🍑🌽🍅
The farmers’ markets are overflowing right now, and some of the very best things to pair with cheese aren’t found in a jar — they’re growing right here around us.
We’ll explore ways to bring cheese together with the best of the summer harvest, from ripe peaches and juicy tomatoes to sweet corn, summer squash and more. Think fresh, seasonal combinations and plenty of inspiration for what to do with that market basket when you get it home.
