Bombers is a small independent butcher shop located in Corner Brook Newfoundland. Chef Jason Whittle has travelled Canada wide working and curating his skills. In the west he's spent winter's at heli-ski lodges, in central Canada in the Niagara wine region and all the way north where he's spent arctic summers planning fjord framed beachside cook-outs for adventurous eco-tourists. ded back in his home province some years ago and settled into culinary life in western Newfoundland. Following his interest and passion for high quality meats and cured creations, The Bombers Butcher Company has been born. While the name may be new, its offerings have been more than two decades in the making! Good day everybody! Thursday September 3rd Bombers is open until 5 pm. And today we start the 20% Labour Day weekend freezer sale. All the meats in the freezer are 20% off. There are steaks, chops, burgers and sausage in there.

And if you are getting ready for hunting season and looking for pork or beef fat to grind in with your sausage meat we currently have lots for sale at $1/lb.

Good day folks! Just a reminder that we do not open the fresh cut counter on Mondays as we try to get some extra prep done. But there are some fresh cut steaks in the merchandiser fridge and there is a butcher in house so you are allowed to ask if you’re looking for something.
