Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival is an event that takes place in The City of Cornwall each year. This year is our 9th cosecutive event and we already have our eye on 2024.

The Cornwall Waterfront Farmers' Market was an initiative during the Pandemic to ensure there was a local Farmers' Market in the Downtown core.

Our goal into the future is to host themed day afternoon and dinners with a beer and wine gardens at the Cornwall Civic Complex and Lamoureux Park a number of times a year.

These events will feature the seasonal bounty of the regions local food producers and farmers.

In 2024 we will be planning the Local Farm Day in the City Conference featuring our local food assets, farmers, food artrisans and chefs, art, talent, an array of workshops and activities along with speakers and community partners.

This event will coincide with the Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival and Garlic Gala to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

Mark your calendars and watch for news in the coming months.

In the meantime see you at the Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival and Garlic Tapas and Beer & Wine Garden on Saturday, September 16th at Lamoureux from 11am to 5pm.
