Well n little update from the Cozy Cottage
Things from the last 6 days
I am trying to get the upper hand on things as you can see, amidst all this unexpected and some expected, chaos.
Royston road (which is where the Cozy Cottage resides) is getting some road work done (somewhat unexpected) as of Monday past. This has resulted in huge machines, trucks, gravel, people and DUST.
LOTS OF DUST!
My little “road side booth” is getting a beating ...or should I say a big coating of Dust !
We are open and dealing with it all the best we can.
The littles I hang with, are loving it, me not so much but I will when paving is in and done.
This coming week I have set aside to get caught up, to harvest, clean , can, create, yard work, tree work and just get ur dun ! and shhhhh Little Miss Mabel Mae is getting a spay. In the meantime this Saturday am, she seemed to know, that this particular Saturday was not like the rest, so she made the best of it.
So I cleaned the living room and kitchen to be able to cut some pears and apples, 3 dehydrators are running. I been bouncing in-between the house and yard getting ready for the next run of things to do and that are being done. If all goes as planned there is some soap to be made too. Wish me luck and well that was not a so little update after all sorry.
