At the time, Dave was completing a practicum program in Sustainable Agriculture and a BSc in Conservation Management Sciences at University of British Columbia. During the practicum, he toured the Comox Valley and was inspired to start his farm in the area by the engaged food community and excellent farming conditions. ther, a philosopher, writer and farmer in the Western Cape, South Africa. Lentelus was shaped by a rich family history of regenerative and agroecological farming. Dave continues this philosophy of sustainable agriculture on his leased farm properties, raising the lowest carbon and ecological footprint livestock possible. Lentelus farms aims to produce meat that is healthy, delicious and sustainable.
