Its been a minute since we did a meatball sub, but with this current spell of weather, it seemed perfect

SO HERE WE GO!!!!

Pork and beef meatballs flavored with..
Garlic scapes, carmalized leeks, bacon bits, and our maple stout bbq sauce with stout from north brew and a little cube of mozzarella inside.
Our house made tomato, roasted red pepper, and basil marinara sauce. A garlic butter toasted bun and some green onions on top for a little color.

Its hard to make a pulled pork sandwich look pretty but here we go!!!

This week's Friday sandwich is a apple and leeks braised pork shoulder and chunked up to make a not so pulled pork tossed in our house made honey garlic sauce and topped with a fried wonton chip thats topped with a lemon sesame coleslaw, green onions, sesame seeds, and a roasted garlic Sriracha aioli.

Its warm, cold and heavy with the crunch !!

We are hiring for a kitchen production position. The details are on our website; this role is a lot of assembly, deli slicing, packaging, stickering, and labeling. On Saturdays, it's customer service.

It is most comparable to a deli clerk position or prep kitchen position that requires working quickly and paying attention to detail. Also you need to be able to read and write English. There is a lot of documentation in this position.

This is a full-time position; we will be required to do a lot of training, so we need someone who is looking for full-time past summer.

Its been a while since we did a pastrami sandwich, so here's something a little different

Here we go!!!

House made thousand island dressing, a scoop of carmalized onions (cooked in beef tallow), and hefty layer of our smoked pastrami (also fried in beef tallow), dill pickle slices, pickled banana peppers, pickled onions, a nice layer of spinach, and some more thousand island dressing

Its got a lot going on and tastes really good!

Mother's Day is just around the corner (next week!) And we are partnering with our friends once again to bring you a Mother's Day Wellington Kit for you to share with your mom, your friend or just enjoy yourself!

The kit includes;

○ Vessel Meat's beef wellington for 2 that you take and bake yourself (with insutructions)
○ Our pickled beet and basil goat cheese vinaigrette with greens, cherry tomatoes, pickled beets and onions, candied pecans, goat cheese. This salad is so good and popular. It comes disassembled, and you assemble it yourself.
○ Chocolate Fudge Snack Cake from Tart & Soul with moist chocolate cake, fudge buttercream, and fresh + freeze dried raspberries.

This will be available by pre order and ready to pick up here at the shop next Friday May 8th and Saturday May 9th.
