Carole can be heard saying "If you grow pepper you do everything you can to sell pepper". This is her commitment to the employees whom she trusts completely with the operations of the Costa Rica farm. SO, between Costa Rica Black Pepper, Truly Lemon Pepper and now "Hickory Smoked" peppercorns, this simple spice has become the base to many of the gourmet spice blends, Carole and Joanne craft into remarkable flavored corns along with other organic herbs and spices to bring an assortment of seasonings that resemble the most popular brands on the market, BUT with an exception.
