After keeping this quiet for a couple months while we worked out all the details, we are super excited to let everyone know that Fuge Sausage will be adding smoked meat products from to our lineup!
For the last 6+ years Lindsay and the team have been pumping out some amazing smoked meat products, including sausage rings, pepperoni sticks, bacon, and jerky. In May of this year Lindsay made public his decision to retire and close up shop. When we heard the news, we got in touch right away and started chatting about how we could incorporate his smoked meat products into our business. Here we are a couple months later, the smoker is installed in the shop and we are ready to start releasing some new smoked meat products under the Fuge Sausage brand.
We can't wait for our customers to try these new products, and we look forward to meeting the customers who swing by to grab some old favourites. Hopefully you'll try some new sausages and salami too! We won't have everything available at the outset; we will be pacing ourselves and slowly introducing new items over the coming months.
We are extremely grateful to Lindsay for choosing to work with us, and for trusting us as we continue making his exceptional products available to Edmontonians for years to come.
