A week….virtual golf with the boys (we’re way better at it than real golf), walking around Edmonton (so many amazing spots), constantly sending dumb photos to our buddy when we see him on a bus shelter, Treena escaping the shop for a few days in Jasper with a bestie; and a Friday night burger. If you’re looking for a tasty treat for St. Paddy’s Day (or whenever!) we scored some sweet pickled brisket. It’s corned beef, so think Montreal smoked meat without the smoke. It’s super easy to prepare, thaw, wrap in foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 2.5 hours. Slice it thin and eat it hot, or cold in a sandwich. Some great new products from some awesome local Peeps, the evolution of fried chicken skin (dangerously good), and our Family Day weekend hours…….open Sat 10-4, closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for the crew to enjoy a long weekend.
