Kimchi Place doesn’t need the exposure, but this Kimchi Pork Fried Rice we made was too good not to share!🤤🍚

This took 20 minutes and comes together perfectly for a quick meal and meal prep. Don’t judge the recipe writing skills, I don’t cook often, or measure ingredients.

What you need:

Wide, flat skillet
1 cup chopped Kimchi and ¼ cup kimchi juice (from Kimchi Place in Row 10)
2 cooked pork chops (from Irving’s Farms in Row 10)
Wooden spoon (from Bang n Designs in Row 2)
3 cups of cooked rice
3 tablespoons of gochujang
3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
¼ cup water
Vegetable oil (to season pan before cooking)
Sesame seeds, green onion (Lacombe Fresh Row 1) to your linking

How to cook this up:

Heat oil on skillet
Add kimchi and stir for 2 minutes
Add kimchi juice, water and gochujang, stir until incorporated
Add chopped pork chops and rice, stir for 5 minutes
Drizzle sesame oil
Serve and top with sesame seeds and green onions and Gim (seaweed paper)

Big G's jerky is one of the most bought items in our market by tourists visiting from around the world 🌎

Big G uses locally raised meats and different spices to make truly jaw dropping jerky! It's so good they've been on the Tomato Top 100 as one of Edmontons best things to eat (3 times)🏆

Come by the market every Saturday and Sunday, grab a bag for yourself, as a gift, or both! Row 10!
