Evoolution is an independent, locally-owned, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting bar offering the freshest extra virgin olive oils and most delectable balsamics from around the world. We source our olive oils from the Northern Hemisphere in the Fall and the Southern Hemisphere in the Spring in order to provide the freshest possible olive oils in the world. We have over 50 all naturally flavoure
