After many years, countless early mornings, long days, familiar faces, and fond memories, it’s time for me to turn the page on a beautiful chapter of my life. I’m officially retiring from owning Geddes Street Market a place that has been not just my business but my second home❤️

This store has seen me through the highs and lows, and more importantly, it’s brought me close to an amazing community of neighbours, friends, and family. Thank you to every single customer that walked through those doors - whether you came in for a full cart or just a loaf of bread, you made a difference. And to the incredible staff who stood by me through thick and thin: you’re more than employees, you’re family.

It’s bittersweet to step away, but I do so with a full heart and deep gratitude. I’ll miss the daily hustle, the friendly chats, and the joy of watching the community grow around this place. Now it’s time to rest a little, spend more time with loved ones, and maybe even sleep in once in a while.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this journey. I’ll still be around - just on the other side of the checkout this time.
