E Lester & Sons Specialized baking from a small farm the middle of nowhere surrounded by everything. Gingerbread trees are our main focus through the Christmas season.

A gingerbread tree is layers of star shaped cookies to form a tree. Each layer is decorated with a layer or icing and then it expands from there, meaning candy, a little or a lot depending on what you feel like. The trees come in 3 sizes. The small has 14 cookies, the medium, 18 and the large 22. We also do a variety of cookies, and appetizers. Allergy/contaminant note: All the baking is done in o
