Elvis has left the building, the chicken has flown the coop. However you say it, Joe is out of the hospital and recovering at home! It will be a few days until he's back in the butcher shop. We will be back to regular hours Tuesday-Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4.

Looking for a lunch idea? Pop in for a hot roast beef sandwich with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms all sautéed in beef jus and duck fat on a bun toasted with garlic butter. Only served Wednesdays from 11-2.

We apologize for the short notice. The last few days have been very exhausting and stressful. For those that were in Saturday morning to pick up your Easter order, you saw Joe was in a lot of pain and not doing well. He did go to the er thanks to everyone's insistance. He was admitted to the hospital with blood clots in his lungs. He is undergoing treatment and hopefully will be back in the store dancing to his music. Tara will be running the show until Joe is back on his feet. (Please be patient.) We will be open Wednesday for business as usual. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
